1.1 System Introduction

This product is automatic punch feeding equipment, using solid aluminum alloy frame, lead screw operation, servo motor control has the characteristics of fast, stable, accurate, easy to operate.In the actual batch processing production, the product can replace manual operation, can improve the production efficiency and the degree of automation of production.

 Punch automatic feeder is mainly composed of two parts: motion control part and motion executive part.The motion control section is responsible for the automatic machining process of the workpiece.The motion control part includes industrial computer, motion control card, camera, numerical control special software.The motion executor is responsible for moving the workpiece to the specified location.Motor actuators include servo motors, actuators, and lathes.
